Mr. Andrew Malloy is currently a Managing Principal of Shepherd Kaplan LLC (http://www.shepherdkaplan.com/) where he oversees asset allocation, manager evaluation and due diligence, with a particular emphasis on the alternative asset classes (AI). Previously, Mr. Malloy served as a Founding Investor in, as well as the Director of Institutional Sales of WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. WisdomTree has developed the first family of fundamentally-weighted dividend and earnings indexes and ETFs. WisdomTree Indexes cover all major market capitalizations, both domestically and internationally. In contrast to capitalization-weighted indexes, WisdomTree Indexes anchor the initial weights of individual stocks to a measure of fundamental value. Based on its research, WisdomTree Investments believes that weighting by the Dividend and/or Earnings streams has proven to be effective. WisdomTree believes its approach provides investors with a viable alternative to market cap-weighted indexes. WisdomTree Investments has also attracted a talented group of industry veterans as initial investors and to its Board of Directors, including Professor Jeremy Siegel of The Wharton School, James Robinson III of RRE Ventures, Arthur Levitt (ex-Chairman of the SEC) and legendary investor Michael Steinhardt, the Founder, initial investor and Chairman of the Board of WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc.
Mr. Malloy, with over twenty years of alternative investment and wealth management experience, began his career in 1982 with the Corporate and Executive Services Group of Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. In 1989, he joined a private merchant bank to assist large family offices with the management of their alternative investment portfolios. In 1991, he became a Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. to develop its alternative investment management business platform.

He joined as a Senior Managing Director and the Chief Investment Officer of TAG, the TAG Portfolio Management Group and developed TAG’s FoHF product, the TAG Relative Value Fund, LP. TAG provides comprehensive family office and wealth management services to over 60 family and super high net worth clients.
