Holbrook M. Forusz

Mr. Forusz joined CPC after receiving his MBA in June 2005. Prior to business school, Mr. Forusz worked in banking at Provident Bank and in private equity at the Walnut Group.

As an Associate VP at Provident Bank, he worked in structured/corporate finance, focusing on middle market mergers and acquisitions and business development projects where he underwrote and managed a portfolio of over $400 million in debt and equity financing. At the Walnut Group, Mr. Forusz acted as Senior Associate and was responsible for managing deal flow, analyzing and structuring transactions, and monitoring performance of the firm's investments, which were concentrated in the consumer products and business services industries. Some of the transactions in which he was directly involved include Build-a-Bear, Deal$ Dollar Stores and Logo Athletic.

Additionally, Mr. Forusz worked as an Associate during the summer of 2004 for the New York City based private equity firm, Stonehenge Capital. Mr. Forusz earned an MBA in June 2005 from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business with degrees in Finance, Accounting and Strategy. Mr. Forusz also received his BA degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Cincinnati, graduating Summa Cum Laude as Valedictorian. His education included attending the University of Nagoya, one of Japan’s leading business schools. Mr. Forusz is from Cincinnati, Ohio and lives in New York City, NY.
