Executive Professional Background
David Greenstein
David Greenstein is the President of Homestead, the home division if Li & Fung in the US. In addition to a remarkable career in creating and running successful home product companies, David was also responsible for the rebranding and sale of London Fog and Pacific trail to its present owners.
R. Glenn Hubbard
Dean and Russell L. Carson Professor of Finance and Economics of the Columbia Business School; former chairman of the U.S. Council of Economic Advisers and deputy assistant secretary of the U.S. Treasury Department for Tax Policy.
Rakesh Jain
Mr. Jain is a Managing Partner with Green Brook Capital Management LLC, a special situations fund providing flexible capital solutions including private debt and equity to middle market companies characterized by distress and complexity. Previously, Mr. Jain was a principal and general partner of Stone Tower Equity Partners, a $2.5 billion private equity and credit investment fund affiliated with Stone Tower Capital, an alternative asset management firm with over $30 billion in assets under management focused on bank loans, asset backed securities and structured credit.
Suneel Kaji
Suneel Kaji is a Senior Portfolio Manager-Private Investments for the Rohatyn Group and TRG Management LP, having joined TRG in April 2009, and is based out of both TRG headquarters in New York as well as its Hong Kong office. Suneel manages the origination, evaluation, structuring, and diligence of private as well as illiquid public investment opportunities in the US, particularly those companies with an active Pacific Rim cross-border business exposure, as well as investment pursuits in East and South Asia. These investments encompass non-control later stage private equity, control later stage private equity, mezzanine, as well as distressed debt (from a control/fulcrum debt perspective) and some illiquid convertible investments. Suneel is also actively involved in respect of capital raising for TRG’s illiquid investment activities with institutional investors from the US as well as sovereign wealth funds from Asia and the Middle East.

Steven Kotler is Vice Chairman of Gilbert Global Equity Partners. Prior to joining Gilbert Global in 2000, Mr. Kotler, for 27 years, was with Schroder & Co. and its predecessor firm, Wertheim & Co., where he served as its Chief Executive Officer and President.
Andrew Malloy
Mr. Malloy is a Founding Investor in, as well as the Director of Institutional Sales of WisdomTree is a pioneer in global Asset Management, Inc. WisdomTree has developed the first family of fundamentally-weighted dividend and earnings indexes and ETFs. Mr. Malloy was previously at Bear Stearns & Co. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., and TAG Associates, Ltd. At TAG, Mr. Malloy was Senior Management Director and CIO of Alternative Investment Products.
Robert Martin
Mr. Martin is a co-founder and former Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer of Orchard First Source, a leading financial institution. Mr. Martin possesses over 25 years of corporate finance experience, in the areas of structured finance, leveraged acquisitions, corporate restructuring, merger and acquisitions, and the management of significant distressed loan portfolios. Mr. Martin was previously at KPMG, Castle Harlan, Inc. Citibank (leveraged finance), and CIBC (Head Acquisition Finance).
